Spray-on Stencil is a process used to coat or resurface high traffic, outdoor concrete area such as footpaths, carparks and shopping centre, factory and residential complex surrounds. The product used to resurface the concrete is a cement based product that has been specifically designed to be applied to existing outdoor concrete areas. This is not paint.
